| The Martin Wickramasinghe library
consisting, of more than 5000 books collected by the author during
a period of 70 years, was presented by the late writer’s family
to the Sri Lanka National Library and Documentation Centre. To commemorate
the writer’s 100th birth anniversary, The Martin Wickramasinghe
Trust, in collaboration with the National Library and Documentation
Centre, recreated the author’s study in The Hall of Life and Literature,
housed in the National Library Building. |
